Our Luxury Homemade Ice Cream
Our ice cream is all made by hand in our premises in Buckie using local ingredients where possible. The base ice cream is made with all dairy products and no hydrogenated fats or other oils.  It is this that gives the ice cream a real old fashioned creamy taste and a great mouth feel. The quality fruit we use and other flavours are the best on the market. Utilising local produce where ever possible.

We pride ourselves in being able to make flavours to individual customer requirements at relatively small batch sizes. We can guarantee that what ever the flavour it is made to exactly the same base recipe.
 
 
Diet Ice
For those unable to eat dairy ice cream, our diet ice is a suitable alternative for:
  • Diabetics – Sucrose free
  • Vegetarians and Vegans – No animal fats or lactose
  • Milk Intolerance – No milk proteins or lactose.  Made with soya with fructose sweetening.
We currently only manufacture this in vanilla and raspberry
 
Frozen Yoghurt
Made from local dairy yoghurt and quality fruit flavours giving a healthy option with a maximum fat content of under 2% there are no hydrogenated fats or other oils used.
 
Sorbet
100% fat free, suitable for a calorie controlled diet. (Unfortunately not calorie free).  Suitable either as a starter or a dessert after a heavy meal, equally good as a refreshing change!
 
 
Award Winning
Since 1998 we have won awards every year for either ice cream, sorbet or frozen yoghurt. Our most recent sucess was winning the bronze award at the 2010 Grampian food forum innovation awards for our Raspberry frozen yoghurt and Cherry frozen yoghurt.
